We believe in enjoying time spent with our four-legged friends – and not worrying about
bulging pockets, broken phones and lost items along the way. PUPPER POUCH is dedicated to
hands-free and happy living – and helping to promote a higher quality of life by supporting
programs that provide canine companions to military veterans in need.
My husband Darrin, a retired USMC Sgt. Maj. who proudly served in numerous combat missions overseas during his 26-year career, and I, live by the philosophy of “pay it back – always.” In addition to experiencing the unconditional love of Lexi on a daily basis, we have personally witnessed the unsurpassed value that dogs can bring to improving the quality of life for those in need, and especially our veterans. For those reasons, we have pledged to donate a portion of all PUPPER POUCH profits to programs that provide canine companions to military veterans in need!
The mission of Patriot PAWS is to train and provide service dogs of the highest quality at no cost to disabled American veterans and others with mobile disabilities and PTS in order to help restore their physical and emotional independence. Patriot PAWS intends to build partnerships with state and community organizations to help develop and support this goal.
The Battle Buddy Foundation is dedicated to promoting a higher quality of life, assisting with the liberty of independent living, and aiding in the pursuit of happiness for Disabled Veterans as they transition to civilian life. The Foundation pairs veterans with service dogs, and assists veterans suffering from PTSD with the many challenges they face on a daily basis. They also promote the reintegration of these Combat Veterans back into society and the work force.
Where service members and veterans with combat stress take on the critical mission of training service dogs for fellow Wounded Warriors. Training a service dog for a fellow Veteran provides a valuable opportunity for a Warrior suffering from psychological injuries to reintegrate into civilian life. As part of his or her training, Warriors have the responsibility to teach the dogs that the world is a safe place. Through that process, they must convince themselves of the same.
Paws for Purple Hearts builds on the time-honored tradition of Veterans assisting other Veterans. It helps heal our returning combat Veterans by teaching those with psychological scars, including Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), to train service dogs for their comrades with combat-related injuries.
K9s For Warriors is dedicated to providing service canines to veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress as a result of conflicts and war after 9/11. Our goal is to help our warriors return to civilian life with dignity and independence. They fought for our tomorrows, we will fight for theirs.
